The grassroots government is the lowest in our country’s government level to carry out and implement state guidelines and policies, who remain the most direct and closely linked with the vast rural and grassroots. As an important coupling of the country and countryside, Township government is shouldering the important responsibility to ensure the implementation of national policy, maintain local peace and stability, provide public products and services, promote rural prosperity and development and maintain the farmers’basic interest. In combination with the domestic and foreign relevant theory, this article selects the three villages and towns of Guangxi for empirical analysis to research the present situation of the grassroots government trust and to analyze the collected data and research the relationship between grassroots government trust and its influencing factors by establishing a theoretical framework. On the basis of literature analysis and questionnaire method, this paper mainly use SPSS statistical software as the tool to analysis all data related to grassroots government trust in Guangxi, including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study results show that, the grassroots government trust has close relationship with people’s life satisfaction, effect of government public policy, official privilege and interest favor of powerful groups. As the objective, the grassroots governme should make efforts to improve people’s living standard to improve the grassroots government trust by improving the effectiveness of public policy, promoting the fair distribution of social resources and achieving broad representation of the interests.
