Based On The Perspective Of Social Capital Research On The Factors Affecting The Trust Of Grassroots Governments In Pingding County

China is a big agricultural country,with farmers accounting for 70% of the country's population.So in the road of new rural construction,how can the grassroots governent effectively implement the higher-level governments' policies,which reflects the governance capacity of the grassroots government.The gap between the final policy effect and the expectations of the villagers represents the level of recognition of rural residents to the grassroots government,thus affecting the level of trust of rural residents to the grassroots government.Therefore,exploring the factors that affect the trust of the grassroots government and analyzing the relationship between these factors and the trust of the grassroots government is conducive to the establishment of good relations between the cadres and the masses.It has important implications for improving the overall management capacity of grassroots governments and consolidating the public foundation.From the perspective of social capital,this thesis establishes research hypothesis in four directions based on the three elements of social capital in the past research,and then collects data through questionnaire survey in the county area,and uses SPSS to check and screen the data.The research hypothesis was validated by correlation analysis and regression analysis,and the final conclusion was drawn.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1)Constructing the factor model of grassroots government trust from the perspective of social capital.The research model fully considers the content covered by the three dimensions of social capital,and introduces social capital into the trust construction of grassroots government,which help us fully understand the application value of the high interaction of social capital in public management;2)The research results in this thesis indicates that the trust of the grassroots government is affected by all the factors that we assume,four of which are significantly positive.These factors are(in their descending order): open social networks,universal reciprocity,social trust and balanced reciprocity,in which the impact of open social networks is the most important;closed social networks has a negative impact on grassroots government trusts,but their significance in the multiple regression process has not been verified.
