Study On The Construction Of Harmonious Relationship Between The Police And Residentsin Yanbian Area

The construction of the harmonious relationship between police and residents is an important content of building harmonious socialist society and building "harmonious Yanbian". With the rapid development of Yanbian area, the construction of the harmonious relationship between police and residents has become a urgent task and the premise of optimizingYanbian area’s public security work.The construction of the harmonious relationship between police and residents involves the concept of political, economic and social, and it is under the principle of legislation, mutual benefit and faith. They play an important role in guiding the harmonious relationship between police and residents in different period, they also provide a rich Marxist theoretical basis for this study.Yanbian region’s public security organ practice the party and country’s instructions actively, launch series of activities, and obtained certain achievementsin the construction of harmonious relationship between the police and residents. But what cannot be ignored are some disharmonious phenomenon that break the relationship between police and residents still exist, for example, assaulting police and malicious complaints phenomenon appear frequently, communication between police and residents is impedimental, the behaviors of police is barbarous. However, Yanbian should take actions according to the existing disharmonious phenomenon and its main problems, and bothpolice and residents should struggle for the construction of the harmonious relationship.
