The Research On The Relationship Between Community Residents And Police

The community-police relationship is a working relationship formed by the public security police interacting with community residents during community policing.The harmonious community-police relationship is the necessity of promoting community governance innovation,building a new vitality and efficiency of the new grassroots social governance system in the new era,conducive in enhancing trust and benign interaction between the public security institutes and the people to jointly maintain community stability.For the community police work of the public security institutes,the community-civilian relationship is combat effectiveness.Taking the W police station of Zaozhuang City as the research object and applying the social governance theory,this paper analyzed and discussed the work of community police in the community of the W police station of Zaozhuang City in recent years by ploughing into the community's frontier through the literature research method and the social research method,which confirmed that the W police station of Zaozhuang City created the "People's Public Security",optimized the convenience measures,and enhanced the collective precaution and remedy among people,meanwhile focusing on the problem of communication breakdown between the community police and the people found in the investigation,the decrease of public's trust in the public security police,as well as the low enthusiasm for participating in public security activities.To settle the problem,this paper also analyzed the cause for these problems from four perspectives,i.e.the public security,the masses,the community,and the society;learning from the relevant experience of close community-police relations at home and abroad,and taking strengthening the communication between the police and the people as a main point,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further harmonious community police-citizen relationship in the W station of Zaozhuang City by focusing on five points,that is,strengthening instituteizational guarantees,and standardizing the regularization of the community,consolidating the business foundation,innovating the online work mode,and increasing the propaganda.
