Research On The Mechanism Of Service And Contact For The Suzhou CPPCC Members

Members of the CPPCC(Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) work as “cells” of the CPPCC organizations and the main body of the CPPCC work. The CPPCC organization manages to shoulder the inviolable historical mission entrusted by the party and the people, the key point is to bring the principal role of the CPPCC members into full play. Along with the continuous development and improvement of China’s democratic political construction, the importance of service and contact work of the CPPCC members is increasingly highlighted in recent years. The premise of improving the standards, achieving innovation and development in CPPCC work is to guide the CPPCC members to try their best, manipulate their abilities, display their talents and get the ultimate achievements through various institutions and mechanisms, different means and ways to stimulate the vitality of “each cell”.This paper embarks from theoretical perspective and realistic background to inspect the mechanism of service and contact for the Suzhou CPPCC members, using deliberative democracy theory and citizen participation theory. Combining the operation situation of mechanism, the research analyzes the problems and the cause to the construction of mechanism of service and contact for the Suzhou CPPCC members in perspective through a comprehensive analysis on Suzhou CPPCC of its basic conditions, organization construction, systemic warrant, service and contact carriers. Eventually, the paper aims at exploring the value and the optimized paths of the mechanism of service and contact for the CPPCC members, striving to improve the scientific level of service and contact work of the CPPCC members, effectively enhancing the role play of CPPCC members, making efforts to promote the CPPCC career to a new level under China’s New Normal.
