Media supervision has always been an important way of judicial supervision, which has its necessity and rationality of existence. Media supervision has both synergistic and offside intervention influence on judicial supervision. It has important practical significance to how to carry forward the synergistic role of media supervision on the judiciary, and limit the negative impact of media supervision on the judiciary.In this paper, through analysis of the typical case which caused the whole society wide attention in recent years, the synergistic and negative impact of media supervision on judicial were classified, and the settlement mechanism to restrict the media supervision intervene judicial was put forward. The paper is divided into three parts.The first part is mainly analyzed the rationality and validity of media supervision, by comparing the media supervision and other supervision way to highlight the characteristics of the media supervision and its necessity. And the end of this part puts forward that there should be a limit to media supervision.The role of media supervision on justice is divided into positive and negative aspects in the second part. And the role of media supervision in the case was analyzed respectively through typical cases in recent years. It follows that several forms of media supervision on the role of judicial cooperation, and several performance and internal causes of the media supervision intervenes in judicial justice.The third part focuses on the resolution mechanism that the media supervision intervenes in judicial justice. The realistic significant judicial spokesman system is put forward, and its situation and characteristics are introduced in detail. Finally, some suggestions to improve the operation of the system are proposed.
