Research On Corruption Of Officials At The Level Of Province And Department In China Based On 100 Samples

Historically,corruption has been a serious social problem,affecting the development of politics,economy,and even promote the demise of a regime. With the increase of the severity of the problem of corruption of officials at the level of province and department,and the Party Central Committee increase the intensity of governance corruption,especially increase efforts to investigate and deal with the corruption of senior officials,how to prevent and control the corruption of officials at the level of province and department has become an important research topic of scholars.From the perspective of the subject of corruption,corruption is divided into grassroots corruption,middle and high-level corruption,the high-level corruption is officials at the level of province and department corruption.Officials at the level of province and department is the high-level officials of government,they have important influence,studying their corruption is conducive to the prevention and control of high-level corruption in the future.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of corruption and the current situation of corruption in China,and points out the research methods and possible innovation points and difficulties,as well as the content and ideas of the research.Secondly,the need for the relevant expense concept is defined,points out the theoretical foundation of this paper is needed.Then,100 of the cases in this paper collected for analysis,and set up case base 1 and case 2,found that officials at the level of province and department are mostly male officials,more and more corrupt officials with a high degree of Education,more and more corruption cases,the speed of investigation and the end of the case raise,corruption amount is growing,age at the beginning of corruption younger,most officials from departmental officials began to corruption,corrupt time gradually increase,the phenomenon of corruption as well as promotion is serious,corruption involves more and more extensive area,serious cross-regional corruption,etc.Finally,based on rational choice institutionalism theory that is put forward in the above analysis,analyze the relationship between corruption motive and opportunities and corruption,combined with officials at the level of province and department case analysis data,from the three specific aspects of the defect of official promotion mechanism,the commission for discipline Inspection and supervision mechanism to analyze the causes of corruption.
