Since ancient times, in all aspects of human social life, stability and harmony are all realized from "management activities’1. In each era, a number of management philosophy comes out for the need of social development. However, these abundant philosophical ideas have not formed their own independent forms. But it exists in the political, economic, social ideological fields. The abstraction of Marx’s management thought is based on Marx’s criticism of capitalist society in which capitalists have the naked exploitation of workers. This thesis mainly considers Marxist duality management theory as the breakthrough point. The thesis centres on three key issues, and discusses Marx’s criticism on the capitalist system management activities to expose capitalists’"Make for production" fetishism. Finally, We return to Marx’s overall and free development view, in which we summed up the’’people-oriented" management thought in the perspective of Marxist theory. Marx’s management thought contains a wealth of values, it has the important guiding significance to the improvement of enterprise, government and society in our country management. This thesis is divided into five parts:1. Introduction section. First, We will set forth the origins and significance of the titile Marx’s Critique of Capitalism Management Thought briefly; Second, we will reviewed the domestic and foreign research status of the selected title; Third, we will introduce the basic framework and main ideas of the thesis.2. The first chapter puts the Chapter 11 (collaboration) of first volume of Das Kapital as the main reference text. We will summarize the origin of Marx’s management theory and point out the economic relationship of which the production process determines the essence of management. So with that being said bourgeois state determines the nature of the bourgeois government management functions--exploitation character. Next this chapter tries to make some clarification of Marx’s management duality idea. That is natural attribute and social attribute are not what Marx said about the management, but the commonness and individuality of management.3. The second chapter will discuss the Marx’s criticism of capitalist management activities from three aspects in detail. That is, the critique of the analysis of capitalist production management duality character, capitalist efficiency supreme idea and the relationship between labor and capital in the capitalist society. Consequently, it reveals the essence of capitalist exploitation. And the unreasonable management behavior that make human becomes a "nonhuman" under that circumstance.4. The third chapter expounds the heterization labor destructs and denies human development in capitalist society by discussing Marx’s introspection and criticism about management activities and paramount efficiency under the capitalist social system. Marx believed that the real freedom is the freedom of labor. Therefore, it is necessary to overcome the heterization of labor and discard the private property. Marx made’’struggle for human liberation" as his own mission. He worked out that only communism can develop the useful and discard the useless labor heterization and realizing human overall reversion, promoting people’s free and overall development,5. Conclusion part. From the perspective of Marx’s political economy, this part will talk about the management thought of Marx and stress on the importance significant of the realization of human overall and free development.
