Ecological environmental crime plays a prominent role in disciplining behaviors like destroying and polluting environment,being an important part of new crimes since it has been determined.Over these years,our environment has been deteriorated and this situation seems to be worsen,that turns out plenty of environment polluted accidents.But the effect of environment crime is limited,fundamentally,problem exists in bridging environmentally administrative enforcement of law and environmentally criminal justice,and this path is restricted.Although bridging environmentally administrative enforcement of law and environmentally criminal justice has been documented by numbers of scholars,environmental crime has special performances and requirements in terms of bridging administrative enforcement of law and criminal justice,focusing on its distinguishable properties from traditional crime.Moreover,in comparison with more sophisticated,well-rounded,rigorous and systematic environment administrative law,environment crime achieves less since it undergoes preliminary draft in series of behaviors such as environment destroying and polluting.This goes not well with environment administrative law and greatly affect bridging environmental administrative enforcement of law and criminal justice in the field of environment protection.So,primarily,we should perfect environment crime to provide bridging fore-mentioned two laws with solid foundation.This paper is going to investigate the legislation and the progress of implementation of bridging administrative enforcement of law and criminal justice,in studying the institution and attributes of environment administrative enforcement of law and criminal justice.Also,we will be giving the problems and their corresponding reasons in bridging,certainly summary and analysis are provided,by closely considering environment crime.Finally,approaches of perfecting bridging environment administrative enforcement of law and criminal justice will be discussed in terms of legislative mode.
