A Preliminary Study On The The Path Of Convergence Between Administrative Law Enforcement And Criminal Justice In The Field Of Environment-protection

Environment-protection is a basic policy of our country. Since entering the new century, the Central Committee and the State Council put environment-protection in a more important position. In order to explore a new path of environment-protection, the Communist party’s 18th national congress carried out a series of important strategic deployment.However, in the field of environment-protection, being illegal cost lower while being of high compliance cost especially higher. On the one hand,we need to strengthen the administrative supervision and the administrative punishment, while on the other hand,we also need to strengthen the cohesion between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice.Therefore, combined with my own work experience, I make this preliminary analysis, trying to work on the path of convergence between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, in the field of environment-protection. Only in the hope of being helpful to the cohesion between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice in the area of environmental protection.
