Social Work Intervention Of The Elderly Day Care Center In Rural Communities

Aging as a global problem,has led to a serious of thinking,it becomes a universal problem how to care for the elderly and the way to the elderly. In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s social work, more and more social work professional projects have been concerned and supported by the government, people have a sense of identity of the professional social work has been improved. In this paper, the author participated in the Ministry of Civil Affairs on "three plan" in X county project professional internship experience, first it uses the literature analysis method to understand the status and mode of rural elderly day care center at home and abroad, a new model through the comprehensive comparison of day care centers in rural areas; we can use the method of non structured interviews and field application to observe the in-depth understanding of the background information of the Y community and related needs and planning the establishment of the day care center for the elderly; Aim at Y community elderly is demanded in spiritual comfort, health care, entertainment and other aspects of the application of social work (case work, group work, community work and the elderly social work etc.) to provide personalized, professional and targeted services for the elderly day care center. Through social work intervention to ease the loneliness of elderly people in the Y community, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly, to contribute to our aging society, promote social harmony.Finally, the social work intervention the necessity of rural elderly day care centers are discussed; for social work intervention day center for the rural problems reflect; for social work to better for rural day care centers provide services are discussed, thus and find more conducive to the win-win model of the development of social work development and the rural elderly day care center.
