Social Work Intervention In Rural Community Moderate Disability Elderly Community Care Research

At present,China's aging population is in rapid development stage,along with the increase of aging population,the number of disability,the elderly are also growing,according to the ministry of civil affairs departments in 2016 fourth sampling survey of urban and rural elderly living conditions in China,the national disability,and disability,the elderly is roughly 40.63 million people,accounting for 18.3% of the elderly population.Due to the defect on disability,old man in the body function,make this group to take care of the problem is more outstanding,is a key and difficult problem in our country deal with endowment problem,is also the focus of this article research institute.In the disability in older adults,urban and rural regional differences as well as mild,moderate,severe disability degree of difference,different disability old man on the demand and care is also different.The research object of this paper is the moderate disability old people in rural communities,taking the practice of huizhou D district as an example,and from the perspective of social work,to explore the problems and countermeasures of the community care of the moderate disabled elders.Based on the theory of social support,maslow's hierarchy of needs and the theory of increasing energy,this paper USES literature review,interview and field observation to collect relevant materials for the paper writing.The article consists of five parts: first,introduction,introduction of the background,research significance,research objectives and content,etc.;2.The definition and theoretical basis of the core concepts;Iii.The background and effectiveness of social work intervention in the community care of elderly residents in D area;Iv.Analysis of the deficiencies and causes of the social work intervention in the elderly community care in D area;Five,from the macroscopic,middle view,micro three levels proposed to improve the social work to intervene in the rural moderate elderly community care for the elderly.This paper study the social work intervention moderate disability,the elderly community care is in conformity with the current social work development and the trend of pension,is feasible and effective,though some deficiencies in the process of intervention,but through perfecting the guarantee mechanism of social work intervention and supporting facilities,to strengthen the construction of social work itself,strengthening the social work professional method,etc.,can provide better community for moderate disability elderly care services.
