The concept of "Civil society" is a product of western culture and it is an important category in Marx’s historical materialism. With the further advance of market economy in our country, the establishment of the market plays a decisive position in the allocation of resources and the social construction that secure and improve people’s livelihood.They are an emphasis and practical need. So many Chinese scholars focuse on the theory of Marx’s Civil society.To discuss and display the theory of Marx’s Civil society and its implication of people livelihood have many theoretical significance and practical significance.
