Since entering the twenty-first Century, the situation on the Korean Peninsula has become increasingly difficult to predict, in February 2016 the North conducted a fourth nuclear test, so that the already tense situation is more difficult to control, in such a situation. Should North Korea’s guiding ideology and foreign policy study, understand the main idea, first army political, Kim II Sung, Kim Jong II doctrine of historical background and the main content, thus development of North Korea to certain prediction. The main contents include the main thought of the idea of subject, political autonomy, economic independence, defense, diplomacy requires North Korea always adhere to diplomatic autonomy and oppose hegemonism; military first politics includes prominent military status, the establishment of "Songun leadership system" and establish a "revolutionary soldier spirit". on the basis of the "military first" spirit the development of economy, the "military first" to support the development of foreign relations, it increases North Korea dialogue with the United States chips, enhance the Korean Peninsula unified confidence, balance of power in Northeast Asia; the main content of Kim Ⅱ-Sung Kim Jong-il’s efforts to promote the modernization of the armed forces, including the main attention to cultural construction, and create a new situation in diplomacy Kim Ⅱ-Sung, in effect-the Kim Jong-il doctrine, the Korean diplomatic efforts to eliminate the North South confrontation, resolutely anti foreign Power interference. No matter what the future of North Korea will go on the road, China will always insist on maintaining peace and stability in the Asia Pacific region.
