As the third force of the protection of social stability and harmony and the benefit made from the masses, voluntary service organizations play a huge role in various fields of public life. The main strength of the volunteer service organization comes from the voluntary service temporary teams, which occupy the main status with the large size and wide coverage in all kinds of voluntary service activities. In the course of the operation on temporary team of volunteer service,the trust of team members, team leader and the organization is difficult to establish, consolidate and maintain in the short term. Even if the trust set up by the same volunteer motivation initially, it is hard to repair because of the ineffective decision, the difficult maintenance about the rights and interests of volunteers and the unsmooth communication channel, then the normal work on the volunteers carries out adverse effects. Therefore, how to find the source of trust, the development of trust and the management of trust, is worthwhile to the academic circle and the non-profit organization management department.This paper uses the team life cycle theory as the foundation, combined with the intrinsic characteristic of the temporary volunteer service team, to discuss the trust antecedent factors and consequences of elements of temporary voluntary service team, to excavate the inner link between the causal factors. On the basis of analysis, put forward the measures to construct the reasonable path of trust management about the temporary volunteer service team.This paper selects Donghua University- Shanghai Science and Technology Museum Temporary Voluntary Service Team as the research object, divides Donghua University of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum Volunteer Service temporary team to four stages as team formed period, team norms period, task execution period and task completion period, andanalyzes temporary volunteer service team trust influencing factors combined with the theory about the factors affecting the team life cycle and team trust. Based on the interview, analyzes the contents of temporary volunteer service team members and the person in charge of the "dilemma",volunteer service team and temporary division of labor "executive predicament", a temporary volunteer service team communication platform "dilemma" and volunteer service organization of volunteers "incentive dilemma". At last, give the suggestion about the path of temporary voluntary service team trust management, including build trust with the introduction of "trust gene", create"trust factor” in the temporary voluntary service team on the normalization process, resolve the"trust crisis" in the temporary voluntary service team at the implementation stage to and achieve"trust inheritance " to continued trust in temporary volunteer service team at the beginning after the completion of the task.
