The Research On Social Service Function Of Communist Youth League In Ganyu Area In Lianyungang

Since Communist Youth League was established, it played an irreplaceable role in both the revolutionary period led by the party and socialist construction period. When the party’s ruling idea changes, the government’s social functions face huge change in the transition, the communist youth league must promptly adjust work center to tangible services. This year, Ganyu communist youth league has gained many achievements in the social services work, and at the same time, it also met some difficulties, exposing a series of problems. This study takes Ganyu communist youth league’s social service functions as the research object, with important significance to effectively play the function and the healthy development of the communist youth league.The study has completed the four aspects of research. First, it explored the basic theory of the communist youth league’s social service function. The core concept of communist youth league’s social service function was defined, and the communist youth league’s social service object and content is clarified. Secondly, this paper summarized the status quo of the Ganyu communist youth league’s social service function, and main achievements; when seeing the achievements, the problems encountered in the function implementation were clearly found, as well as the reasons were explored. Finally, after deeply analyzing the problems existing in the process of function implementation, in combination with actual Ganyu region work, from five aspects of status enhancement, youth condensation, broadening thinking, innovation culture and improving system, it put forward the solutions, to further consolidate the core position of the communist youth league, and promote the communist youth league’s vitality and cohesion.The paper uses a variety of research methods. The literature research and comparative analysis are used to scientifically study the communist youth league’s social service function theory; interview method, investigation method and questionnaire investigation method were used to research and study the implementation of Ganyu communist youth league’s social service function.
