The Communist Youth League Guides Volunteer Organizations To Participate In Social Governance

From the end of the last century in the late 80 s,the volunteer business gradually developed in our country,but in the scale of the development in such aspects as speed and is in a state of development lag,the government’s support is not large.Volunteers taking shape in the 90 s,especially in the market economic development,social civilization and progress of backdrop,greatly raising people’s ideological consciousness,it create conditions for volunteer organizations to participate in social governance,become the endogenous driving force of the development of the volunteer organizations.For the moment,our volunteer team has expanded gradually,it is enough to show the cause of volunteer identity in the enhancement,its social basis is very deep,has the very good development prospects,and will have a positive role in promoting social governance.In the study,this paper established the organization of ganyu county youth corps committee and county youth volunteer association ganyu county volunteer association as an example,through literature analysis,methods of analyzing method,field survey method,from the volunteers team construction,the formation of the organizational structure and operation,service object and involves many aspects,such as for analysis and comparison,and in the analysis and comparison reveals the problems and deficiencies,and put forward countermeasures accordingly.Based on the research and analysis the ganyu county in the process of the volunteer organizations to participate in social governance based on the organization organization of volunteers to participate in social governance research is relatively lagging behind and lack of experience in the development of volunteer organization,volunteer organization by excessive regulation of different level,volunteer organizations on the social reputation of reason,the public service of the instruction to its poor social governance independence and lag of legislation to participate in social governance role is fetter,and social resources paper analyzes cause social problems such as narrow board governance field are discussed in this paper,in order to solve these problems,the article in the last changes from the original instruction mode of public service,makes the volunteer organizations equal participation in social management platform;Strengthen the legal construction of rules and regulations,stimulate volunteer organizations to participate in social governance efficiency;Build on social cohesion and application system of administration resources,effective application to undertake social management resources of the three Angle puts forward the countermeasures of promoting volunteer organizations to participate in social governance.
