Research On The Construction Of The Communist Youth League Of Jiuquan City

Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, the proportion of non-public economy to the national economy has increased year by year, providing a large number of jobs for the community, to become an important way to understand the problem of unemployment. However, with the continuous development of social economy, non-public economy gradually fall into the development bottleneck, non-public economy in labor-intensive enterprises accounted for the relatively large, and these enterprises occupied industry chain downstream, the end, paid a great work, has not been proportional to harvest. Therefore, how to reform and become a real problem must be solved. Because the majority of employees in non-public enterprises for youth and also as a member of the Communist Youth League, this paper is currently being vigorously promoting the "big league" construction, the study group for the non-public economic reform open up the possibility of new road. That private enterprise group organization should play a vanguard and exemplary role, even if you are not able to become the main non-public economic reform, but also to become the main participants.The first chapter of this paper analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign research. In the second chapter, the paper discusses the development of non-public enterprises in China, and expounds the importance of strengthening the construction of the organization. In the third chapter, the paper studies the current situation of the Communist Youth League organizations in Jiuquan city. On the one hand, the overall situation of the development of the Communist Youth League and the non-public enterprises in Jiuquan is investigated, and the achievements of the construction of the Communist Youth League organizations in Jiuquan are summarized. On the other hand, the problems in the construction of the non public enterprises in Jiuquan are analyzed. And the reasons of the problems in the construction of the non- public enterprises in Jiuquan are analyzed. The fourth chapter of the paper discusses the Countermeasures of strengthening the construction of the Communist Youth League in Jiuquan city.This paper mainly uses the empirical research method, literature research method and the dialectical analysis method and so on. Proposed that the future construction of organization of Jiuquan City non-public enterprise group should broaden the ideas, perfecting the operation mechanism, innovation management, improve work efficiency. To actively guide non-public enterprises members and take advantage of their age, education, etc., for the non-public enterprises to actively reform ideas, makes the contribution for structural adjustment, transfer mode, to promote the development.
