With the development of new rural construction, rural community has received more and more resources. Most of these resources were used to promote rural economic development, thus the farmers have set up a variety of new economic cooperation organizations. These organizations greatly promoted the development of rural economy, and meanwhile, its positive influence was not confined to rural economy area, but to spread to the areas of politics, society, culture and education. In our opinion such organizations have a great impact on farmer education. It brought the modern education elements——compete-cooperation consciousness,rules-contract consciousness, information-technology consciousness, ecological ethical consciousness as well as the sense of participation——into the rural farmer education, which effectively enhanced the subjectivity consciousness and ability of farmers, and greatly stimulated their desire of self-education. More importantly, the path of farmer education in new economic cooperation organizations isdifferent from before. It requires to combine the economic incentives and education, also combine collective consciousness and public spirit, coordinate the Economic growth and ecological protection, emphasize both cooperative education and competition education, as well as balance the faith education and technical education. However, during the transition period of economic and social, the education system of farmer has not yet mature, there are still many uncertainties. Thus, on one hand we should accurately grasp and adjust the value of farmer education, to avoid the education deviating from the normal track. On the other hand,we should actively build multilevel platforms of education, to meet the varieties education needs of farmers. At last, we should provide adequate ancillary work, such the human resources, capital, policy, to ensure the sustainability of the farmer education.
