The Protection Of Chinese Economic Rights In The Perspective Of UPR

The protection of Human Rights is the universal value worldwide, economic development is not the unique standard when we evaluate country nowadays, International society speak highly of the protection of Human Rights. Now the protection of Human Rights depends on domestic protection mainly, every country is responsible for Human Rights, meanwhile governmental organizations and NGOs concerning Human Rights take part in the protection of Human Rights which make it more vividly. UN attaches importance to Human Rights issues, especially the current situation in the membership countries. The UPR system is an significant ways in solving Human Rights problems.HRC started the second cycle of UPR in 2012, and China was accepted review in 2013, it was involved in 5 main rights of Human Rights, this article will focus on the protection of economic rights in China. The Chinese Human Rights Career based on the basic national conditions and made a big progress in economic rights, mainly reflect in property rights, rights to work and the rights to social security. The UPR report sum up the achievements and problems in protection of Human Rights, the analysis in this field will have a good effect on next UPR. Chinese government always keeps finding a way that respect generality of Human Rights and adapt to the local conditions to protect Human Rights, and make a contribution to the International protection of Human Rights.
