Research On Rural Banking Supervision Legal System

As a new type of banking financial institutions, rural bank is an importent achievement of propeling rural financial system reform in China. At the same time, it meabs that China’s financial system reform come to a new world. In the last seven years, rural bank is developing in a rapid speed as a emerging financial institutions—whose prospects and future value is immeasurable—under the criterion and guidance of the principles. However,the process of supervision of rural bank also has many problems which arouses a high degree of attention. This paper is the study about laws of supervision of rural bank. First, I narrate laws of supervision of rural bank and define related concepts because theory is the guide of practice, and introduce some main points because theory is the guide of practice, including supervising subject, supervising goal, and supervising ways etc. Next, I analysis the question of supervision of rural bank of China on the base of introduing related laws systematically. Legal transplantation is widely used for modern countries to draw lessons from other countries’ legal system. I prose about supervising laws ofrural bank in American, Bangladesh, Indonesia and so on in the third chapter to absorbing the essence of foreign laws in order to make our country’s supervision legal system of rural bank more perfect. In the end, I prose some suggestion from supervising regulation, supervising regulatory and supervising mechanism through serious research, and put forward proposal for perfecting the legal system of supervising rural banks.
