| Industrialization, information-technology, urbanization, agricultural-modernization are the most important goals in our country.They accelerate to build a new mode of economic development,promoting the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.Although the modernization walks so fast,it doesn’t mean that everything is ok.Ignoring the existence of the phenomenon of modern connotations, lacking of knowledge about modern industrialization and urbanization cause a lot of problems. China have complex demographic different regions have different situation.But the government didn’t realize it.They followed the "West Modernization Model" mechanically,even the model did not match the place.So that in the regional modernization process there are many problems. This article is intended to sort out the theory of modernization, combined with case studies, to explore a rational modern development model, to avoid some of the "Modern Problems".The research is basic on the framework of modernization theory, Marxist theory, combined with theoretical ideas of Western political philosophy, economics, sociology.It uses a qualitative analysis, historical analysis, case studies and other research methods.And the essay try to study the correlation between regional and regional modern civilizations, through researching on modernization theory an theories of regional culture and modern impact factor, it will find the correlation between regional civilization and modernization.Zhangjiagang is an example in the essay.It is a city in the south of Jiangsu province.It was a poor town before,but now it becomes a modern city.
