Research On The Effectiveness Under The Communicative Theory In Ideological Political Education

Communication is an inevitable approach for man who evolute from the natural people to the societal people, and it is also a process for people to communicate at ideological, political, and emotional fields. Communication in ideological political education is an important part of achieving the aim for the ideological political education. Communication in the ideological political education is not only reflects the scientificity and correctness, but also reflects the effect and pertinence of educational methods and teaching methods. Communication in the ideological political education is the process for the educators and the educated communicating in emotion, behavior exchanging. The ultimate aim of the process is to achieve educational goals. Nowadays, the satisfactory ideological and political education not only can help people to establish a correct and healthy outlook on life and world, but also the satisfactory ideological and political education will guide people make a correct chose achieving the aim of social harmony ,human and nature development.This paper starts from the communication theory, then researches how to achieve and improve the ideological and political education in communicative effectiveness about the real problem existing in ideological and political education. After explaining the reasons, significance and theory foundation about the topic, the first part of this text elaborates the contents in the different subjects about communication theory, including Schramm's communication theory, Gordon and Knott's harmonious communication theory, Habermas's Communication Theory and Johari Window theory. The second part of the text explains the connotation of communication and communication in ideological and political education. The paper elaborates on the kinds, the features and the function of communication in ideological and political education. Based on above, the paper analyses the subjective and objective factors which influence the communicative effectiveness in ideological and political education. Then the paper elaborates the mode of solving the problems into ideological and political education communication. These modes not only can enhance the communicative effectiveness in ideological and political education, enriches the communication theory of ideological and political education system, but also can promote the development significance in ideological and political education .This paper begins with the communication theory, then the paper researches the communication theory into the ideological and political education field emphatically. Finaly, this paper analyses and solves the problems consisting in the communicative process in the ideological and political education. By these methods,we can make communicative process smoothly and can develop the effectiveness to achieve the intended purpose in ideological and political education.
