Study On The Effectiveness Of Rural Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

Rural ideological and political education is the lifeline of rural economic work and all other work.Rural ideological and political education has always revolved around the Communist Party of China s central work in rural areas,carrying out ideological,political and moral education for farmers,carrying the heavy responsibility of promoting the development quality of farmers,promoting the construction of rural culture and helping the development of rural society.On the occasion of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it has great significance for carrying out the research actively on the effectiveness of rural ideological and political education,order to promote the theoretical innovation of ideological and political education and promote the development of agriculture,rural areas and peasants.This study consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance,present situation,purpose,method,innovation and deficiency of the research.In the second chapter,the essence of effectiveness is analyzed from three angles of practice,value and system.This paper expounds the meaning of the effectiveness of rural ideological and political education,and analyzes its constituent elements.The author thinks that the effectiveness of rural ideological and political education should be viewed from many aspects,such as the acceptance and participation of peasants,the responsibility consciousness and quality of rural ideological and political educators,and the methods and carriers of education.The third chapter,the author through the questionnaire survey,township,village group Cadres interview,Take Hongqi village as an example,analysis of the current rural ideological and political education problems and causes.As far as the Hongqi village investigated is concerned,the main problems are as follows:From the point of view of the educated,some farmers are not high in participation and do not want to receive education,and from the educator s point of view,the grassroots cadres do not pay enough attention to the professional quality and ability of the education team;from the point of view of education itself,Educational methods and objects are not suitable and educational carriers are not fully utilized.And the causes of these problems have been analyzed accordingly.The fourth chapter,combined with the background of the new era,this study holds that there are four basic principles for improving the effectiveness of rural ideological and political education in the new era,that is,the rural ideological and political education in the new era should"establish a people-centered work orientation",pay attention to the fundamental interests The fifth chapter,the author aims at the new era rural ideological and political education faces the problem,gives the concrete measure and the countermeasure to improve the effectiveness.First,from the needs of farmers,by meeting the needs of farmers to stimulate their enthusiasm to participate in ideological and political education activities,so that they take the initiative to receive education.Second,we should strengthen the construction of all kinds of rural organizations and give full play to the role of various organizations in rural areas in the process of ideological and political education.Third,improve the ability,level and professional quality of rural ideological and political education team.We should improve their theoretical level,enhance their ability to use and grasp educational methods and educational carriers,and strengthen the professional training of educational teams.Four is to enhance the effectiveness of education by enhancing the attractiveness of rural ideological and political education.It mainly improves the educational effect from the aspects of enhancing the persuasion and appeal of educational content and making the content of education compatible with the life of peasants.Five is to pay attention to the adaptability and innovation of educational methods,and adopt some educational methods popular with farmers to enhance the effect of education.Six is to develop and utilize the carrier of rural ideological and political education,through the emerging media,cultural carriers and activity carriers to enhance the effectiveness of education.In a word,this study is closely around the effectiveness of rural ideological and political education,through the analysis of examples,to research the current problems of ideological and political education in rural areas,and finally in view of these problems,the above countermeasures are given.
