Study On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education For New Professional Peasants In Liangshan Yi District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made a major decision on implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the State issued the Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)in 2018,pointing out the direction for rural development in the new era.Rural revitalization strategy,draw the "prosperous industry,local custom civilization,rich life,ecological livable,efficient" new rural development prospect for the future,to rural revitalization strategy for the gripper is expected to really solve China’s "three rural problems" protracted,let farmers to highlight the subjectivity of status,realize the new type of farmers’ professional development.Especially in China’s ethnic minority areas,it is crucial to revitalize rural areas and foster a large number of new type of professional farmers who love agriculture,are educated,good at business management and know how to manage it.Therefore,the cultivation of new professional farmers in China’s minority areas has become an inevitable requirement and trend of rural revitalization.Among them,the ideological and political quality,as an important aspect of the comprehensive quality and ability of the new professional farmers,is the prerequisite for giving full play to the most dynamic and active "human" factors in the productive forces,and has an inseparable internal connection with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,combining with the new ideas,new requirements and new mission of the Party on the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era,from the perspective of economy,politics,culture,society and ecology,this paper analyzes and examines how to further strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of new professional farmers in ethnic minority areas by taking rural revitalization as an opportunity.It has become an important research topic to promote the new-type professional farmers in minority areas to understand,be familiar with and participate in rural revitalization in an orderly manner.This thesis with the basic theory of marxism and basic principle of ideological and political education as the instruction,in clarifying rural revitalization and new type of professional farmers’ ideological and political education validity,on the basis of related concepts,first through the literature research,qualitative study detailed discusses the new type of professional farmers’ ideological and political education for ethnic minority areas in the process of rural revitalization of the significance of rural construction,And further expounds the new requirements and missions of ideological and political education for the special group of new professional farmers in this critical period.Secondly,based on the revitalization of the implementation of the strategy of country background,choose the liangshan yi area the ritual state town such as 7 township,east side streets following three neighborhood of new professional farmers,such as the specific research object,through the study,quantitative analysis,using IBM SPSS26.0 software analysis the liangshan yi area new professional farmers still exist some problems in ideological and political education work.Thirdly,combined with the four elements of ideological and political education,to analyze the causes of the problem.Finally,the dialectical picture is expounded and five suggestions for improvement are put forward.
