The Inter-party Relations Between The CPC And The CPSU (Bolshevik) During The Anti-Japanese War

The period of the Anti-Japanese War is an important epoch that the CPC’s inter-party relations theory starts to shape. During this period, the CPC focus on developing the inter-party relations with the CPSU(Bolshevik) to strive for the international supports, based on the experience and lessons of the National Revolution and Agrarian Revolutionary War. Thus the CPC accumulated much practical experience of inter-party relations, offer a lot of historical materials for the "four principles" of inter-party relations. Combing the context, summarizing its experience plays an important role to improve the CPC’s inter-party relations construction and foreign communication.This article belongs to basic research of the inter-party relations, it mainly used the historical literature research, interdisciplinary studying, theory and practice method of combining studying and other research methods. The introduction part mainly elaborates the reason of my choice and the significance of this article, research status at home and abroad, research methods, the difficult point and the innovation points, etc.The first chapter mainly demonstrates the theoretical basis of the full text, specifically discussed in detail which marxist classical writers that Marx, Engels and Lenin’s views and propositions about the proletarian party inter-party relations. The second chapter mainly discusses the inter-party relations between the CPC and the CPSU(Bolshevik)from the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War to the early stage of the Soviet-GermanWar, to clarify which the CPSU(Bolshevik) offered aids of financing medical and other goods and materials, accordingly the CPC pay back in it’s ways. The third chapter mainly discusses the inter-party relations between the CPC and the CPSU(Bolshevik)after the outbreak of the Soviet-German War before the dissolution of the Communist International, during this time the CPSU(Bolshevik) tends to make sure Soviet Union’s eastern frontier be safe, so the CPSU(Bolshevik) turns to be "right" and asks the CPC make more concession to the KMT. While the CPC cannot accept the CPSU(Bolshevik)’s "right" policy, therefore, the disagreement between the two parties influences their relations. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the inter-party relations between the CPC and the CPSU(Bolshevik) after the Communist International dissolved, because the Communist International has been dissolved, the CPSU(Bolshevik) is lost influence to the CPC, can’t interfere the CPC’s internal affairs.The CPC through the rectification movement and the large-scale production campaign to also get rid of the politics, economy rely on the CPSU(Bolshevik), the inter-party relations between the two parties enters into a new stage of independence. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the history evaluation and the reality enlightenment during the Anti-Japanese War, to make a whole assess and summary. The conclusion chapter is on the basis of full grasp of the CPC during the Anti-Japanese War and the CPSU(Bolshevik) experience of developing inter-party relations, try to put forward numbers of research.This paper innovation points are two: First, new research perspectives. External inter-party relations research requires use of diplomacy, international politics,international communist movement and the history of the CPC and other multi-disciplinary theory and method to resolve the relations between the CPC and the CPSU(Bolshevik) during the Anti-Japanese War. Thus, the international relations and inter-party relations, the relationship between political parties must be apart from the relations between countries. Second, proposed some own views and strategies to solve some major problems of the theory and practice in inter-party relations during the Anti-Japanese War.
