The Communist Party of China and the Social Democratic Party of Japan havea long history of communication. To maintain and promote the development of afriendly Sino-Japanese relationship is the core content and objective of the intercoursebetween the two parties. Since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,the Communist Party of China and the Social Democratic Party of Japan havecommunicated a lot around bilateral relations, political party development theory andinternational hot issues, through sending delegations and non-governmental groups’communication. The two parties abandon the ideological differences, abide by theprinciples of inter-party exchanges, and thus maintain a peaceful and stable inter-partyrelation.In the process of communication between the two parties, although the goalsand interests are clear, there are also contradictions and obstacles because of thenational relations between China and Japan and their respective domestic politicalsituation. Especially after the end of the cold war, their domestic environments haveundergone significant changes, and the Social Democratic Party of Japan also beganrestructuring. So communication between the two parties faces greater challenges.The article discusses the basis and main content of communication between the twoparties basically from a historical view, and analyzes contradictions and obstacles intheir communication. So we could grasp the development trend of the inter-partyrelationship.
