In the employment field,gender, height,age, household registration and blood type discrimination have sprung up endlessly,which is a huge obstruction of free movement of labor and giving full scope to the talents.In fact, the reason why people do not place enough emphasis on employment discrimination are as follows : First, people who witness employment discrimination will be unsatisfied but not put it into laws. Second, ignorant of this illegal action,people are unable to protect their rights through law procession.Under the help of the thesis, the author prays that people from all walks of life place high attention on the employment discrimination.The dissertation is composed of three aspects, including the preface, main body and conclusion. Among the main body there are four parts.The first part is about the overview of employment discrimination, which bluntly introduces the present situation of the labor market. Then comes the concept, mian type and its adverse impacts of employment discrimination. The second part mainly about the analysis of the Chinese laws and regulations on anti-employment discrimination. It aims to explain the present legislation and defaults of the Chinese laws and regulations on anti-discrimination. With the view of learning the outstanding experience from home and abroad as to the anti-employment discrimination legislation, the writer comes up with several references on the basis of analyzing their law system. The fourth part, the crucial part, is to express the means to improve the Chinese anti-employment discrimination legal system. In this part, the author mainly explains the next two aspects. That is to say, the establishment of the standards to employment discrimination and the application of public interest litigation system in the process of anti-employment discrimination. |
