The Transition Of Township Government

Township government is the foundation of the Three-tiers Government Agency System. It is very important in every side of the whole country. But in this situation,here are still some problems in the process of transforming government functions,and to make the government to be a serviced-oriented government. In fact, the problems which related to the transformation of the town government becomes the most important point to the whole basic government. In this study, to build a service-oriented township government, I will combine the fieldwork resulting material and the theoretical with the normative researches of six towns, then discuss the the reality and the difficults in transforming of the government of Heze. At the same time,to transform the town government of Mudan district of Heze, I reference the local mass line educational practice, the establishment of public service hall, innovative new model grid management, village cadres to go home to check the people and a series of initiatives to finish and perfect the township government functions, to close the relationship between cadres, provide a better service. I put forward relevant countermeasures for the transformation of other counties in thecity of Heze, to provide a lot of good advices.
