Research On Promoting The Development Of Vegetable Industry In D Town,M District,Heze City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is a key link in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and industrial revitalization is a solid foundation for achieving rural revitalization.In the process of promoting the development of rural characteristic industries,grassroots governments have played a crucial role.However,at present,there are still many problems in the macro guidance and control of rural characteristic industries,the provision of public services,and the supervision of the business environment.Therefore,exploring the deep-seated problems that grassroots governments face in promoting the development of rural characteristic industries and formulating targeted countermeasures is of great theoretical and practical significance for China to fully leverage the macro regulatory functions of grassroots governments,improve the supply level of rural public services,and implement the rural revitalization strategy.The paper is based on the collection and organization of relevant data from D town.Using literature research and in-depth interview methods,the current situation of D town government promoting the development of rural characteristic industries was investigated and studied.The problems and reasons of D town government in promoting the development of vegetable industry were analyzed,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting high-quality development of vegetable industry were proposed.Through investigation and research,it was found that the D town still has problems in promoting the development of the vegetable industry,such as weak guiding role,inaccurate policy implementation,low public service level,and weak supervision.The important reasons for these problems are the outdated development concept,imperfect policy implementation mechanism,incomplete transformation of government functions,and incomplete market supervision system.In response to the above issues,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the vegetable industry from four aspects: optimizing the development plan of the vegetable industry,streamlining the relationship between the government and the market,enhancing the supply level of factors,and optimizing the business environment.The aim is to fully play the role and function of grassroots governments in industrial revitalization,and then provide theoretical reference and reference for promoting the development of rural characteristic industries.
