Food production license system after years of continuous development and improvement, from the source of food production monitoring, through regulating food enterprise production process, unified food production process requirements, and comprehensively improve the food production enterprises in the quality safety level and reduce food safety parts occur, to promote food industry health sustainable development has played a positive role. Small and micro enterprises in food production how according to the requirements of laws and regulations, the establishment of production sites, formulate feasible and effective quality and safety management system, operation instruction, documentation, according to the production plan to meet quality and safety standards of food, is the biggest problem existing in the process of implementation.This paper mainly according to the two aspects of "food production license management approach" of the implementation details of the food production license examination rules ": food production permit on-site verification and food production license inspection project argument.
