On The Risk Control In Community Corrections

In applications of community corrections, it is important to control the per sonal risk of the persons who serves sentence there. This article, by analysis o f juridical practices, focuses on how to control and prevent the dangerous acts of criminals which may be encountered in the context of community correctio ns, and at the same times, help criminals coming back to society. The risk co ntrol is a mother concept, which includes risk anticipating, risk assessment and risk management. It is necessary to control the risks that will happen in the contest of community corrections. On the analysis of the theory and the juridic al practices of the risk control in the community correction,this article provide a system which will includes risk anticipating, risk assessment and needs asse ssment, and so as to better the system of graded and classified administration, and the system of rewards and punishments in community corrections, and all the above will be based on social investigations before a juridical sentence. An d this article suggest constructs a guaranteed system of the risk control in the community corrections, and proposes that informationization and professionizatio n should be vital elements of the risk control in the community corrections.
