The Village Cadres’ Ideological And Political Education Research Under The Background Of The Rule Of The Law

The village cadres are the main force of the national grassroots organizations, being in charge of the implementation of The Party’s line poilcy at the grassroots level policy, and contacting with the masses of the people directing close, having important historical tasks in the new rural construction.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 thCPC central committee puts forward to a comprehensive rule of law and building a country under the rule of law, demanding cadres administration according to law, acting in accordance with the law.In recent years, under the leadership of the Party committee and the municipal government,Dongying city has achieved effective results in the education of village cadres, the level of knowledge of the village cadres and the concept of the rule of law have improved, the results of the style of construction are obvious.However, there are the villagecadres who have ideological motives and are lack of legal knowledge. They severely damaged the image of The Party and the government in the hearts of the masses,affecting the relationship between the cadres and the masses, affecting the stability of the political power at the grass-roots level.The existence of problem village cadres shows that there are still many problems in the education of village cadres in Dongying city;the existence of problem village cadres making us aware the need for the implementation of Ideological and political education of village cadres in Dongying city.First of all, through field investigation and interviews, understanding the ideological and behavior situation of village cadres in Dongying City,through collecting the problem of village cadres and the exposure of the case from Dongying Shandong Commission for Discipline Inspection website. You can understand the current aspects of the village cadres who have new problems and analyse of the need for education.Secondly, this paper analyzes the status quo, existing problems and main reasons of the ideological and political education of village cadres in Dongying city.Finally, the interpretation of village cadres in Dongying City of Ideological and political education must adhere to three principles,including the lawful and reasonable principle and method is larger than the power principle and the principle of people-oriented. Based on the principles in this paper, I propose several suggestions to enhance the ideological and political education of village cadres:changeing education concept、riching education concent、improving the education methods、establishing a perfect construction system、strengthening the building ofthe education team.The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of Ideological and political education of village cadres in Dongying city.The Party committees and governments must update the educational content timely, trying to innovate the ways and methods to realize the institutionalization and standardization of the ideological and political education of village cadres. I hope the research results of this thesis can provides reference for the Dongying City Village Cadres’ Ideological and political education and improve cultural knowledge level and the overall quality of the village cadres, to imple the line policies of The Party and the government in rural policies,to close the relations between cadres and the masses, to lead the villagers to get rich and achieve the villager autonomy.
