An Study On The Constitutional Crisis In The Process Of Political Transition In Kyrgyzstan

Since the mid-20 th century 70 era, the world arised a wave of democratization. From southern Europe, Spain, grapes, Greece, to Latin America, and then to East Asia, and finally spread to the Soviet Union and Eastern regions, these countries have opened the transformation political democratization. After the Soviet collapse,the most countries of Soviet Union and Eastern Region embarked on the reform path of Political democratization. In this backdrop,Kyrgyzstan opened the political transformation which it’s goal to builded “democracy Island”in in Central Asia.Constitutional is an advanced form of democracy, and constitutional is the objective of political transition in Kyrgyzstan. Since the 1993 Constitution promulgated, opening the process of constitutional construction in Kyrgyzstan. However, in the subsequent 19 years,the constitutional crisis is frequent, political transition into a cycle of "democracy- autocracy".How to get rid of the frequent constitutional crisis, become an urgent problem to be solved.For a long time, the research of the Central Asia mainly focused on region at home and abroad,has few studies on specific countries. Since Kyrgyzstan outbreak the "color revolution",the research results increasingly rich.But rarely to the constitutional crisis of special independent research, which makes the study of the constitutional crisis has a certain academic value.As a case, after the independence of Kyrgyzstan, the constitutional crisis in the history of the world’s constitutional is also rare. Since the opening process of constitutional construction in Kyrgyzstan,the govermeng have amendmented its\constitution to eight within 19 years.The situation of constitutional construction is in the post-Soviet countriesThis paper mainly studies the constitutional history of this period from 1991 to 2010 in Kyrgyzstan.In order to unscramble the Constitutional Crisis in the the process of transformation political,the paper is main to explore and to solve three questions: What is the Constitutional Crisis? The fourth chapter analyzes the influence and inspiration of the constitutional crisis.
