In the twenty-first century, China’s rapid socio-economic development in the cities puts forward higher requirements for the city’s urban management. Faced with the characteristics of urbanization, urban management and comprehensive law enforcement works in Panyu District played a significant irreplaceable role in the maintenance of Panyu city’s economic and social order, promoting a significant improvement in appearance of the city, ensuring proper implementation of national and local urban construction and urban management laws and regulations, and creating a harmonious and stable production environmental and other aspects of life. Meanwhile, there have been many problems, urban management system defects exposed,highlighting the work of law enforcement contradiction, sparked widespread social impact caused by city inspectors. The current urban management comprehensive law enforcement can’t equal the development of the times,the local government requirements and the environmental demands of the people.
