On The Study Of Huaxin Intelligent Community Construction In Tianhe Guangzhou

Since 2011,the Five-year Plan has been put forward by several places in China, many first-tier cities pay highly attention on the construction of intelligence cities. With the development of information technologies, it provides technical support and potentials for the construction of intelligence cities. Community, as a vital unit of unban construction, bears the responsibilities of unban management, public services, social services, residents self-governance and mutual assistance. During the construction of intelligent cities,community construction will present new demands, new development and new patterns.The conception of Intelligent Community has kept up with the times. In 2012, Tianhe District Guangzhou set Huaxin Community as the first trial intelligent community. On the basis of huge amounts related references, this thesis studies further on the construction of Huaxin intelligent community from the aspects of theories and strategies. Through the foreign countries studies on intelligent communities, this thesis put forward the conception and features of it. In addition, from description of its current situation, the author put forward its main problems during its construction process such as the lack of guideline, outdated infrastructure, and low identification of residents and so on. Based on the foreign countries’ experiences of intelligent community construction, the author proposed his strategies and suggestions from the aspect of government, society and community.The core of intelligent community construction is people first, and attribute to the management of community. Therefore, under the framework of the theories on urban community management, establish and complete the mechanism of construction system,management, operation and examination. Intelligent community will be an intelligent system which is residents oriented. It provides residents’ a better working and living environment which is safe, convenient, high efficient and comfortable, completes community management andservice patterns and promotes community self-governance and social improvements.
