Research On The Countermeasures Of Intelligent Facility Management In The Intelligent Community Of Chenghua District,Chengdu

The application of information technology in the construction of modern urbanization has become increasingly important,and a new form of smart city has been developed.A smart community is the smallest structure of a smart city,and the development of a smart community will be a key factor in the construction of building a smart city.Chengdu has gradually promoted the construction of smart communities since2016,and has made positive progress in improving smart community planning and strengthening smart community construction.Smart facilities are one of the basic components of a smart community and an important tool to transform traditional community services into smart services.The construction and management level of smart service facilities determines the quantity and quality of services,and reflects the level of modernization in the construction of the community and public service system.The introduction and management of smart facilities will help provide community residents safer and more convenient community services.Collect community residents’ demand for smart facilities in a timely manner and respond quickly can improve community residents’ sense of belonging and identity.This paper takes the management of smart facilities in smart communities in Chenghua District,Chengdu as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis to analyze the application of smart facilities in the construction of local communities and the smart facilities management of community workers.Through investigation and analysis to the construction of smart facilities in Chenghua District,weak points such as low utilization rate and management efficiency have been found,for example,the construction of information platform is not unified,the smart equipment is not used frequently,the equipment management methods are outdated,hidden risks are found in the management of smart facilities in the community,and the ability of community workers needs to be improved etc.This paper believes that: in the face of the current smart facility management problems in smart communities,the government should first strengthen the top-level planning capabilities of smart facilities;second,it should strengthen the information management capabilities of smart communities,for example,build a communicating platform for the management of smart facilities in the community to realize the sharing of information and data,eliminate information barriers,and build an information communication and feedback mechanism with overall effect;third,it is necessary to pay attention to personalized management,actively guide the public to participate in the management platform of the smart community,give full play to the ability of residents to self-government,and improve government efficiency.According to the actual needs of community residents,the community needs to choose a suitable management model with regional characteristics,and take the road of diversified governance;finally,the government should build a complete community evaluation system,realize the continuous optimization of smart facility management,and create high-quality modern management team,to ensure the healthy operation of the smart community.
