How A Rural Grass-roots Party Organization Play A Role On Collective Economy In Zhangqiu

The rural grassroots party organizations are the foundation of the Communist Party of China that works in grassroots, and they play an important role in building a new socialist countryside and developing the village collective economy.Since 2012, Zhangqiu has insisted constructing the rural service party organization by which way we enhanced the village-level collective economic strength. What’s more, comprehensively implementing party branch’s work of “one plus three” has obtained some certain achievement, such as perfecting the mechanism that the rural grassroots party organization contact to primary public. But there are still some problems. How to proceed from according to Zhangqiu developing reality, to allow rural grassroots party organizations play a role in promoting the development of the village-level collective economy, is the key point of this study.We use Zhangqiu as the research object in this paper. Firstly, this paper refines the relative concepts of related theoretical basis and sort out the research literatures. Secondly, we investigate the current situation of the Zhangqiu rural grassroots party organizations’ role of village collective economic, and explore the prominent problems and restricting factors. Finally, from five aspect, put forward how to break the existing constraints, further play a role of rural grassroots party organizations, and promote the village-level collective strength.Based on the practice of Zhangqiu, the paper analyses the status quo, discuss problems and make the suggestion. It have practical value and guiding significance, and provide reference to the development of the rural grassroots party and the village collective economy in Zhangqiu city.
