Study On Anti-corruption Risk Prevention Management In Shishi

Against the background of rapid economic and social development, corruption has become an important problem harassing and impeding further social development.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, we have put forward the fight against corruption and made achievements to build a clean government with the principle of“addressing both the symptoms and root causes while taking temporary solutions as the priority to win time for fundamental solutions”. At present, we are still in face of rigid and complex anti-corruption fight and corruption goes even more serious. In addition to cracking down on corruption, we need to take in-depth measures in respect of position risks, working system design and supervision management,probing into countermeasures and solutions fundamentally. The anti-corruption risk prevention management proposed in this paper is drawn upon from the risk management theory. It tries to summarize the general rule based on the current anti-corruption experiences and master the corruption development trend by detecting it in time in order to take measures to prevent it scientifically and systematically, thus lowering the occurrence rate of corruption. In China, some regions have launched anti-corruption risk prevention management and achieved effective results. With the combination of the practical situation in Shishi, we carried out anti-corruption risk prevention management in an all-round and in-depth way. Though the effects are obvious, we have detected problems at work. This paper, by studying the theoretical basis for anti-corruption risk prevention management and the effects as well as existing problems in its operation in Shishi, combines with the new situation, new task and new requirements faced by the anti-corruption effects at present and by virtue of experiences of different regions in China, proposes complete suggestions and countermeasures for anti-corruption risk prevention management.This paper comprises five chapters, trying to carry out systematic study and analysis on the anti-corruption risk prevention management of Shishi. Chapter one is the introduction which elaborates on the significance, literatures of the paper andproposes concrete study thoughts, methodologies, objectives and innovations.Chapter two is the theoretical basis for anti-corruption risk prevention management.By expounding on related concepts and risk management theories applied in anti-corruption efforts, it tries to provide theoretical basis for the study. Chapter three is exploration to the anti-corruption risk prevention management of Shishi. It tries to analyze practices, achievements and deficiencies in Shishi. Chapter four introduces experiences and illustrations of anti-corruption risk prevention management of different regions in China. It takes example of Chongwen,Hangzhou, Suzhou, Putuo,analyzes practices of different regions on anti-corruption and summarizes experiences of them, thus providing references to improve anti-corruption risk prevention management of Shishi. Chapter five interprets reflections on the anti-corruption risk prevention management of Shishi. By addressing two relations, attaching importance to education, strengthening supervision and providing sound mechanisms, we are working to make anti-corruption risk prevention management more effective.
