On Network Morality Construction Under The Confucian Moral Culture

With the rapid development of Internet technology, more and more people are enjoying the convenience brought by the network technology. Network not only affects people’s daily lives, people are still living in the real space to create a cyberspace, thus it can be seen that people can do nothing without the Internet. However, the characteristics of network society brought about a series of ethical questions and seriously hindered the pace of the human society to move forward while people take part in network activity, the network ethics problem has become a prominent current academic research subject. In this regard, the author makes a detailed summary about the variety of social issues and put forward its views and opinions about ethical issues.This text is divided to five parts:The first part is introduction the background and significance of the issues, the relevant domestic and international research status, research ideas and methods and the difficult circumstances;The second part is the conception about the network moral cultivation and Confucian culture, and described the differences between realistic and network society from autonomy openness and pluralism. It describes the necessity of the network moral, and proposes both of the two kinds of morals possess inherent unity in the analysis of the meaning of them.The third part describes the various problems faced by network moral cultivation: First is the network subject’ moral ideal is not clear. Second is the network major are lack of ethics awareness. The third is that the network major get the little sense of responsibility. The forth is the network major are short of moral consciousness. The last one is the major owns weak moral determination.The fourth part describes the contents of the network moral cultivation under Confucian moral cultural perspective. Mainly in the following five parts: the network moral major’s ideal establishment(advocating gentleman ideal personality); the network moral major’s will training(the self-improvement spirit); the network moral major’s moral quality improvement(taking care of responsibility); the network moral major’s responsibility taken(paying attention to do it yourself).The fifth part describes four methods about the network moral cultivation under Confucian cultural perspective, they are "maintaining" method, "determining" method, "firmly action " method and "cautiousness" method.
