On The Government Conduct In The Youth Entrepreneurship In Wuhan

Since September 2014 Davos Forum opening ceremony, Premier Li Keqiang made:by reform and open-up as a gust of wind to set off “mass start”, after the “civilians entrepreneurship” in the land where are 9.6 million square kilometers. it began to form a mass wave of entrepreneurship gradually, which will become a new normal of China’s economy as an important engine. From the reality of Chinese situation, social irrational employment structure of the labor market is oversupply; young people are facing a severe employment situation. To form a “mass start”atmosphere, both the need for effective market mechanisms, also requires the Government to promote promising.Market and the government is about the most important force in the “public business”(especially young entrepreneurs) and orderly development of the two, in which the government’s actions is crucial. Youth are important social labor in productivity and they are socio-economic vitality. How the “public business”in, encourage and support more young people to start their own businesses, it is a major issue in the government of current levels and an urgent academia for further research.“Interest” likes a best teacher. during a magazine internship, author came into contact and attention to the issue of youth employment and entrepreneurship, I have a better understanding of Youth employment and entrepreneurship development as well as environmental policy, practical difficulties in Wuhan city.To this end, author decided research on the issue of youth entrepreneurship, and take Wuhan City as an example which city I living in. Through in-depth field survey,on the use of public management theory attempts to explore the issue of youth entrepreneurship, and from the promotion of youth entrepreneurship process of government Conduct perspective, the objective analysis of the constraints of Wuhan young entrepreneurs development currently, such as youth entrepreneurship-oriented policy is not perfect, youth entrepreneurship projectsto support policies need to be improved, entrepreneurship and other support policies should be improved, etc. And make concrete recommendations for measures to issue,through case studies on trying to point to the line, the connection to the surface in order to provide valuable empirical reference for the similar city governments to promote youth entrepreneurship development...
