Discussion On The Role And Function Of Guangzhou Municipal Government In Youth Entrepreneurship

In recent years,from “the most difficult Employment season” to “more and more difficult season”,the number of young college students is increasing,therefore,the employment problem is imminent.In order to promote the full employment of young people,governments at all levels strongly support youth entrepreneurship,expecting to promote employment by entrepreneurship.Under the call of the party and the government,“Mass entrepreneurship and Innovation”has won the hearts of people.The youth as a new force in entrepreneurship and innovation,they actively participate in entrepreneurship and innovation,nevertheless,they have encountered funds,venues,projects,technology and other difficulties in the process of entrepreneurship meanwhile.For the sake of assisting young people to solve these problems,on the one hand,it is necessary to rely on market regulation,on the other hand,the strong push of the government is more requisite.As a consequence,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore how the government should perform a better role in youth entrepreneurship and promote youth innovation and entrepreneurship.I have long been engaged in youth employment and entrepreneurship services,and during the work,I have found that the role of government in youth entrepreneurship is ambiguous,which requires to be strengthened.For this purpose,I objectively analyzed the present situation and problems of youth entrepreneurship in Guangzhou by using the theory of governmental role and function.Through using the practice of advanced cities at home and abroad for reference,it has been concluded that the Guangzhou municipal government should give full play to the overall coordination,policy guidance,public services and capital guidance in youth entrepreneurship,so as to actively offer suggestions for the economic construction and transformation of Guangzhou.
