Effective Path Study Of The Communist Youth League Organizations Serving Youth Entrepreneurship

Youth entrepreneurial brings employment multiplier effect, especially in such a context of inactive domestic economic and global financial crisis, so the subject of how to promote youth entrepreneurial effectively becomes an issue of concern gradually. Judging from the current situation, youth entrepreneurship in China is facing unprecedented opportunities and their own advantages, but the problem can also not be ignored. The organization of the Communist Youth League as the vanguard of social management and public services under the leadership of the party is continuously exploring to establish the new systems, new mechanisms and new models of the work servicing youth employment and entrepreneurial, making every effort to provide them full, whole process and all-around service.Chinese Communist Youth League is the school of the young learning communism in practice, a mass organization of advanced youth under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the party’s assistant and reserve force, a bridge and link of the party to reach out to young people. Chinese Communist Youth League servicing youth entrepreneurship is in line with the requirements of the party organization, and further reflects the service functions of the Communist Youth League, only through dedicated service to young people, doing better service work can the Communist Youth League be able to win the trust and support of the youth, to get the most extensive youth solidarity and cohesion revolving around the party, and constantly consolidate and expand the party’s mass base among the youth. Youth employment has always been the concern of the party and the country. Especially in the new era, the employment problem has become worse, and changing environment caused that unstable service environment, it became increasingly restricted for the Communist Youth League to serve young people, the lack of really effective service path has become a major difficulty for the development of the Communist Youth League.From the perspective of the organization of the Communist Youth League servicing youth entrepreneurial, taking Fengxian District Youth League as an example, this paper first introduces the current service status. Due to the limitations of self-service capabilities, the Communist Youth League organizations is still facing some deficiencies in serving youth entrepreneurship, therefore, District Youth League should be in accordance with the concept of public service to take reasonable measures to promote youth entrepreneurship with the main target of serving the youth entrepreneurship. Second, this article analyzes the difficulties and causes of the District Youth League servicing youth entrepreneurship in detail. Finally, this paper discusses some efficient service path. On a long view, the Communist Youth League should pay more attention on the problem of youth entrepreneurship in theory, do a better job on the work of absorbing advice and integrating resources, rely more on scientific and technological innovation, cultivate awareness of youth entrepreneurship, change the their employment concept, use entrepreneurship instead of employment, strengthen the social practice, and take full advantage of a variety of effective channels to build a quality service platform for youth employment, which truly serves the youth entrepreneurship reflecting their own advantages of the Communist Youth League. The innovation of this paper is to talk about how to serve youth entrepreneurship from the perspective of the Communist Youth League, and raise some insights and recommendations combined with the author’s own work experience.
