On The Regulation Of The New-typed Unfair Competition Under The Internet

Many new acts of unfair competition showing the trend of explosive,Acts of unfair competition is becoming more and more diverse and complex, which prompted China’s "Anti Unfair Competition Law" to these existing and future of Internet unfair competition behavior cannot be accurately applied in legitimacy.This paper focuses on several typical new-typed unfair competition under the Internet, and leads to the defects of the current regulations of the Internet acts. Then, put forward to the corresponding legal advice, so as to effectively solve the legal difficulties.This study mainly discusses the following sections:Part one :A typical case leads to the problem of concern of China’s current regulation about new-typed unfair competition under the Internet.Part two: The basic concept are analyzed and compared, and it selects the typical network acts into the detailed analysis.Part three: The current status leads the defects of our legal regulation from the legislative,judicial view and the administrative oversight practices.Part four: It improves the proposed measures from three angles of legislation, judicial and administrative supervision.
