The Research On Chinese Communist Party(CCP) Regulations In The Vision Of The Rule Of Law

The rule of law is an important symbol of China’s political civilization, as well it is an important guarantee for China’s socialist cause long-term stability. The rule of law requires the State’s political, economic and social to be carried out in accordance with the law. Chinese Communist Party’s(CCP) leadership is “the most essential of the Chinese characteristic socialism and the most fundamental guarantee of the socialist rule”. As the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the ruling party leadership core, the CCP should put their activities under the supervision of the Constitution, laws and regulations. It is the key point implementation of the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law for the CCP build and improve the Law of Party. However, there are some problems with the law of CCP at current. How to improve inner-party laws, and consolidate the ruling status of the Communist Party better, to enhance the legitimacy of the ruling party, it is placed in front of the CCP problems to be solved. Based on this, the paper works on theoretical problems that how to improve inner-party laws of the CCP from the perspective of the rule of law.This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction, in which the reasons for selecting this topic and significance and research methods have been explained. Also the current research situation and existing problems in this field have been pointed out. The second chapter is about Rule of Law and law of the Party. This chapter focuses on the role Rule of Law has played for the law of the Party, the need and basis for the development of law of the Party. At the same time, this chapter discusses foreign typical models involve national laws and law of the Party. The third chapter discusses the relationship between the Rule of Law and the law of the Party. This section also explains the choice of the Rule of Law, discusses the relationship between the Rule of Law and the law of the Party. The forth chapter deals with the current situation of the law of CCP at current and the cause of this situation. The fifth part is about the method to promote the law of the Party. Based on the previous, this chapter discusses ideas and methods to strengthen the law of the CCP.
