| Reform and opening and modernization deepening, urbanization speeding up, urban community has new functions. Meanwhile, constitution of community residents tends to be increasingly complicated and belief, value, behavior and other aspects of residents show a diversification trend. And community has become the focus of various contradictions. Under this new situation, there are some new requirements for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of urban community. Therefore, in order to improve efficiency of ideological and political education work and reinforce the effectiveness of ideological and political education work, how to carry out ideological and political education has become the key point in China.Based on reality of urban community, this paper expounds definitions, characteristics, principles, content, present situation and causes of problems of ideological and political education in urban community and it defines the organization structure of community ideological and political education according to requirements for urban community autonomy; on a basis of investigation and survey questionnaire in urban communities, the author firstly classifies urban communities in China and then interprets the ideological and political education of different urban communities;furthermore, in reference to the ideological and political education of foreign communities, this paper puts forwards some implications for ideological and political education in urban community of China; finally, the author raises some corresponding opinions and suggestions on work mechanism innovation of ideological and political education in urban community. To some extent, the present study can promote developing ideological and political education of urban community, advance process of work mechanism innovation of ideological and political education in urban community and help ideological and political education of urban community build a theoretical system which adapts to process of socialist modernization and urbanization. And it is expected to facilitate development and research of ideological and political education. |
