| The Community Autonomy is a typical case of self-administration, self-service and self-education of the society. With the disaggregation of the original unit of the state, the task of the ideological and political education of the employees was transferred to the corresponding community. What's more, the increasing urbanization steps results in large amount of floating population's inburst to the community, and the deep-going of the opening to the outside world policy makes the community a melting pot of various beliefs and ideas. Under such background, senior CPC officials re-emphasized the great importance of constructing the basic democracy and the realization of the community autonomy in the 17th CPC National Congress. What are the characteristics of the community ideological and political education under the community autonomy? This thesis expatiates the current status, characteristics and necessity of the community ideological and political education and then defines the organization, system and content of the community ideological and political education. Besides that, on the basis of fully analyzing the community ideological and political resources, this thesis gives an account of its transaction and argues that more attention should be paid to the choice of the core values, the harmony of the subject and object and the macro-regulation in order to keep the community ideological and political education perform normally and orderly. In the end, this thesis concludes different kinds of approaches adopted in Chinese community ideological and political education and also puts forward the suggestive model form of the community ideological and political education in China with the foreign experiences for reference. It believes that constructing a long-termed system of community ideological and political education and integrating various educational resources are the important ways to better realize the community ideological and political education. |
