Imitation behavior is a common phenomenon, for preschool children, there are manyimitation behavior especially peer’s imitation about actions and words in the kindergartenclass activities. Many experimental studies certificate that, imitation behavior, as a verynecessary learning style, has an important influence both on children’s self development andsocial development. From another point of view, children’s actions effect the management ofclass directly, so the two factors interact each other. Presently, reseaches about children’ssocial development and peer’s relationship have extented to a deep level at home and abroad,however, there is few researches on children’s imitation behavior and class management inparticular. So the main content of this article is to analysis children’s peer imitation behaviorand combine the practical experience into class management. This article is based onchildren’s imitation behavior in the kindergarten class activities, to achieve the organiccombination of theory and practice.This article wants to achieve the follow goals: Frist, observing the children’s imitationbehavior in class activities about4-years-old children, and at the same time, carrying outcase-study in order to furtherly understand the background, causes and factors aboutchildren’s imitation behaviors. Secondly, studying the influence on class management ofkindregarten action and to put forward some advices for the teachers on how to usingchildren’s imitation behavior to manage classes.This article uses observation method to collect data, chosing4-years-old children asobserved object,and joining into3different classes to carry out in-depth observation,collected a large number of information data and cases. On the basis of this citudition, thisarticle obtained the definition about children’s social development, peer relationship andchildren’s imitation, also analysised the behavior’s emergenace in learning, game, and routinelife background. Further more this article elaborated imitate behavior’s effects on the classmanagement of the beneficial and adverse from the practical perspective,as far as possibleto contacte the conclusion with the teaching management practice. In short, in teachingpractice and class management process, in order to promote children’s physical, mental andsocial development.,teachers can efficiently handle different children’s imitation behavior,after understanding about children’s imitation behavior...
