574 5-6th graders were investigated by using the methods of cluster sampling to explore the demographic variables between class teacher's management and social behavior.Then,450 participants were selected from peer group,to discusses influence of class teacher management on social behavior under the micro-environment of peer groups.Finally,with semi-structured interviews,a deep look was taken into the interactions of peer group.Main results are as follows:?1?From the management methods,the guidance type exists significant gender difference,and the authoritarian type exists significant regional,gender and grade difference.The interaction of region and grade in the type of democracy and guidance is quite remarkable.There is a significant difference of relationship between teachers and students in the type of democracy,guidance and authoritarian?2?From the social behavior,sociality-leadership behavior and prudency-sensitivity behavior existed significant gender difference,and attack-damage type exists significant gender difference.Sociality-leadership behavior and attack-damage type exist significant difference of relationship between teachers and students.?3?The mixed groups are fewer,compared with more male and female groups.But the number of both is flat.?4?From the individual level,the democratic management has positive effect on sociality-leadership behavior.The guided and authoritative management has negative effects on attack-damage and prudency-sensitivity behavior.From group level,population density has positive effects on adjustment on individual democratic management and sociality-leadership behavior.The positive effect of group center on adjusting the individual democratic management,female and sociality-leadership behavior is significant.While the negative effect of learning group on adjusting the individual guided management and attack-damage behavior is significant.It also has significant negative effect on regulating individual authoritative management,female and prudency-sensitivity behavior.?5?Through the interviews of peer group,we find that the higher peer group density,the more contact time.The interaction of the peer is mainly in school,occasionally at home,while the content is primarily about study,followed by entertainment or other.Multimedia becomes the new stage of contact,with the development trend of younger age.The peer group affects each other mainly through language and action whose impact is larger.The feedback from people around plays a key role in acquiring this behavior of group members.The weaker the individualism,the closer the relationship of group members,and the greater the impact of group.
