In the kindergarten, the teachers are children’s important others, and every children’s aspect of life has been unequivocal constraints and control. Is there any false in such seemingly usual and reasonable common phenomenon behind the rationality? Using rational speculative combining the method of observation in the kindergarten,this study analyzes the teacher’s control mechanism and its operation in the power behind way, and establishes the criticism of the bull ’s-eye of teachers’ control.Through the critical analysis of the teacher’s control purpose, the results,, method and nature,the study establishes the concept of free choice and the idea of liberating children’s.The power of the system of the teacher’s control is based on interests between teachers and children and power formed on the basis of the comparison. The operation of power control takes knowledge, rational, words and discipline as carriers. The teacher’s control target is children’s body. It is not only closely divided as far as possible through space, time and activity to manipulate children’s body, and use continuous monitoring and standardized ruling to consolidate the control system. Therefore, through the depth excavation on teacher’s control purpose, the results,, method and nature,this study tries to reveal its irrational factors. The aim of the teacher’s control is to avoid the chaos, noise and disorder in the kindergarten and pursues an absolute nature of the order. But if we carefully check the nature of the intent, we will find s surprising fact:the order of fanaticism is an illusion, the nature’s deep order is just one of no disorder, and the nature of children has deep internal consistency with nature’s deep order. Teachers of the performance for the rewards and punishments to control way binary system, from short-term effect to see, it really does work, but from the terms of the influence of long-term, they are invalid, or even harmful way of, can’t eliminate the bad behavior and the children into the right track, so the education of children from control shall be turned to focus on children’s external behavior internal motive. From the results tend to look that the teachers to exert control through children’s regular pressure, make they meet predetermined unified mode, leading to the weakening of the personal and the loss of individual character, not only damage the build the foundation of self children also disrupt the child’s happiness. The teacher has a potential to control the uncertainty, from essentially this is based on a deterministic model on, but quantum mechanics and chaotic learn brought about by the uncertainty and thoroughly broken the model, so that teachers control from essentially was crushed. This study suggests that the liberation of the children should start from the body, and applying the dialogue’s concept not only makes children in the liberation of the body, but also lets the heart be free. It starts from the body and regresses one’s mind. The harmonious dialogue between the mental and the body makes children’s liberation true.
